different messages for life

In my first foreign travel I met two girls in airport. They were 23 and 26.

I had about 4 hours free time because changing airplane, that Known as transit time.
They were playing with cards and made a lot of noise. They were so happy and fun.
I watch them for a time and couldn’t stop my curiosity. “May I have the name of this game?” I asked. Younger girl response me: “This Is a Russian game, called FOO!”
After a while they invite me to join them in game. But I didn’t know that kind of play. She said: “I will teach you. It is easy”. The game was sort of complex and I just lose it.

It was near my flight and I went for check out. When I came back to them they ask me: “where is your next destination?” I said Istanbul with fight of 9:15. They look each other immediately and gazed to me.
I said: what’s the matter? “We are in same flight!” the older girl said.

During the flight they continued playing and laugh loudly.
I told them in my country play with cards is forbidden and if a girl like you laugh load in public police may capture her.
She immediately answered me: In my country if a girl just ware a short skirt and top it is enough and we are free.
Then we start talking about the difference between cultures.
It is amazing that when you cross the political borders you will see an essentially different life style and culture. Yana (the younger girl) told me she loves shopping and dancing.  I said so never travel to my country because dancing is tightly restricted there. Also forget about drink and clubs. Also you are supposed to cover all of your body and hair.
They also share me some information about their culture.  About some restriction for their business that force them to move to another country.

In destination air port, after checking- out her boy friend was waiting for her. They hug each other kiss lips.
I sat in transit saloon with a question in my mind.
“Why God send different messages for life?”
